In my 25 years as a homeowner, this is the best contractor I've dealt with: reliable, reasonable, honest and personable The crew arrived when promised and installed a new large, complicated roof with skill and speed. When they were finished, they left the property spotless. It is a beautiful job. Lio, the owner, communicated well throughout the planning and construction process. The company's only miss? They promised the roof would be done in three days. It was done in two!

Leo did a fantastic job on our house. His crew was fast, proficient , and picked up after themselves. Leo was very communicative in every step of the process and let us know if there was an issue or something that we should do better on the roof. Leo also did some remodeling work for us by reframing and fixing our sunroom that was left in disrepair by the sellers of the house. Whether it’s remodeling or roofing I couldn’t think of someone better that does a good job, communicates every step of the way, and is honest.

Lio Escobedo and his employees were very professional and conscientious when putting a new roof on my home.
